§ 1 Contracting Party and Scope

§ 2 Service Description

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
- Monthly Pro subscription: €3.50 / month
- Yearly Pro subscription: €29.00 / year (approx. €2.42 / month)
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is processed via Stripe. Charges are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
§ 4 Term and Cancellation
The Pro subscription has the following terms:
- Monthly: Automatically renews for one month unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Yearly: Automatically renews for one year unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Cancellation is possible at any time in the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All Pro features remain available until then. No refund is given for the current period.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MB Services GmbH, Jahnstr. 25, 80469 München, mail@solantara.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Sample withdrawal form: An informal email to mail@solantara.com with the subject "Withdrawal" and your registered email address is sufficient.
§ 6 Usage Rules
- Solantara is not a medical product and does not replace professional therapy or medical treatment.
- AI-generated content does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
- Use is at your own responsibility. In case of acute mental health crisis, please contact professional help services.
- Abusive use (e.g. automated queries, resale) is prohibited.
§ 7 Limitation of Liability
MB Services GmbH is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, MB Services GmbH is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded in cases of simple negligence. The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
§ 8 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 9 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. Statutory provisions on jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.
§ 10 Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
