Why Solantara exists

Anxiety is part of life — but for many people it becomes a daily burden. It restricts, unsettles, and can lead to withdrawing or avoiding important decisions. This is exactly where Solantara comes in.

We run this platform to give people dealing with anxiety simple, always-available access to support. Our goal is to offer orientation, help sort through thoughts, and make the first steps out of anxiety easier — low-threshold, anonymous, and without barriers.

Solantara sees itself as a digital companion: a space where questions can be asked without judgment. A place that helps you recognize patterns, shift perspectives, and build the courage for small but decisive steps.

Solantara is not a replacement for therapy. We see ourselves as a complement — as support in everyday life and as a first impulse to actively engage with your own anxieties.

We believe that everyone can learn to deal with anxiety better. And we want to help make that path a little easier.
