2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When visiting our website, information is automatically sent to our web server. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion: IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which access was made (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer.

3. Registration and User Account

During registration, we collect the following data: name, email address. This data is stored to provide the service. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. In the current development stage, data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Use of AI Services

Our service uses AI models to provide coaching features. All AI functionality is processed exclusively via European servers.

4.1 Mistral AI

We use the API of Mistral AI SAS (15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France) to process coaching requests. Your inputs are transmitted to Mistral servers. Since Mistral AI's servers are located within the EU, no data transfer to third countries takes place. Mistral AI processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and GDPR.

5. Payment Processing

For payment processing, we use the service Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When making a payment, your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there. We do not store complete credit card numbers. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. For more information, see Stripe's privacy policy.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses localStorage to store your session data and settings. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Local storage is technically necessary for the application to function (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
